When discussing our pest issue with Jodie she was extremely attentive and went into great detail about their procedures which allayed my concerns. The amount of support and time she gave was far in excess of what I got from calling other pest control services in the area. Furthermore we had a tricky situation on the day which caused a fair bit of stress for my wife and I but Jodie immediately suggested a good course of action and gave us good options to how they would treat our home. Today myself and my grandmother both had our houses treated by die pest for the first time. I was significantly impressed with the service we received today. Trevor sprayed everywhere, inside and outside including the garden shed, the pool area, under the house, on the veranda. He also took the time to remove a wasp nest from a tree in the front yard. I also appreciate the time Trevor took to pass on his knowledge to my grandmother in regards to redback spiders, recognising what their homes look like and as well as the food chain of ants, wasps and spiders. It was evident in the service today that Die pest are passionate about what they do, achieving great results and by ensuring their customer service is of a high standard. I just wanted to give you some feedback about the job you did on our house. I have never had a Pest Controller who was as thorough as you. Usually we get our house sprayed every 6 months or so!
